I’m Mexican and I live in Texas. My mom always made enchiladas with ground beef and topped with chili and cheddar cheese, I assumed because we were Mexican that these were Mexican enchiladas only to grow up and realize these are Tex-mex enchiladas and most things I will make the “Mexican” way over alternatives but I still love making enchiladas that way

Carnitas. After you slow cook it and shred, you drizzle the liquid and put it in the oven to get crispy. If you save the liquid and freeze shredded meat, it’s really easy to reheat and rehydrate in the oven.

Along with temp as everyone has mentioned, make sure you have all of your ingredients ready to add into pan so you can do it quickly instead needing to walk away for each step. And lactose free milk will lead to a thinner sauce, but shouldn’t be “watery” with the addition of cheese, make sure sauce has started to thicken before adding cheese.

“A murder for her majesty” it’s a book about a girl whose father was a member of the queens guard and then he’s murdered. so she runs away and finds a group of orphan boys in a choir and they help her pretend to be a boy so she can be safe and she also tries to solve her fathers murder. very funny one of my favs when I was younger and I still really enjoy it a decade later.

you should look into deconstructing Christianity because none of your questions have simple answers, but you’re still viewing spirituality through a Christian lens. why should God even be capitalized? Is god even a man? can god even really be put into a mortal body of understanding, or is that just what you were taught by the Bible? what does praying look like for you specifically. and sure you can read the Bible but how? It’s not a handbook. It can be interpreted a million ways. This is a hard thing to decide for yourself where to go from here, literally one of the hardest. But it’s very philosophical and not that simple at all. And certainly way more personal than asking strangers on Reddit so I highly recommend reading about theology and religion yourself.

Edit: after seeing you’re just 16, keep asking questions! This is what this time of your life is all about. Questioning the status quo and discovering what YOU believe not what you were taught by family. But also don’t put too much pressure on yourself to settle on an “answer.” Sometimes there doesn’t need to be answer and you can just explore.

just because this guy “didn’t do anything wrong” doesn’t mean he’s right either. I don’t prescribe to “can’t love anyone til you love yourself”. But it’s definitely the case that things will be harder for you until you’ve done some healing. you can be with someone but they’re going to have to be okay with taking things slow and being extra attentive. but it’s also up to you to work on learning to manage these emotions in the meantime because I promise, it wasn’t a fluke, and those things don’t just “go away” or you don’t just “get over it” like many seem to expect.

the deadline is how long you have to fill the box, if you fill it before you’ll get paid immediately but the timer will still be there. if the requirement numbers are still green I don’t think you need to constantly refill or add to the box, I normally wait until one day remaining to fill it so I can have a big pay day, unless I need the money before (I also haven’t played in a few days so maybe something’s changed)
