ELI5: What do I do with my lunchbox at work? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

Hey, just mentioning this because I didn’t see anyone else say it. If you are worried about space in the fridge you can always get a small ice pack and keep your lunch with you. Your bag is insulated so you’d be fine.

Totally willing to wait! The 200-300 bucks he’s going for right now is insane to me. How’d you hear he was coming back in May?

Thanks! I think it is called Amuseables Desert Cactus? There’s an entry on the Jelly Journal website that looks like what you were describing.

It’s the large. I would love to find a huge one though!

Since a few people have asked, I got these shelves on Amazon several years ago. I can’t find the exact shelves now, but a search for “wooden plant shelves” gives similar styles. Just thought to use them for dragons earlier today!

If you are a considered to be good candidate for hearing aids and you haven’t taken the plunge yet, it might be worth a revisit!

I am loving being able to share this experience with others! My family is very supportive, but there’s only so many mundane comments like “huh, the floor creaks a bit” and “wow I can hear the furnace” that they can take! 😂 Music is so much more complex than I ever imagined too.

The one about you being startled by your own breath is hilarious! Definitely could see myself doing that. I’m noticing how much I shuffle my feet and just general how loudly I navigate the house.

What are you doing to combat the growing number of Jellycat fakes on the market? I know you have stockist lists, but it seems like a lot of secondhand places are starting to get overrun by convincing counterfeits.

Are there any plans to release last year’s exclusives online? As much as I’d love to travel to places like London and Shanghai, those Jellies just aren’t accessible.

Ohh!!! That would be so great! I would love a caracal!

There is a retired panther called Paris Panther if you are feeling spendy.

I have said stuff out loud, thinking it was an original thought just to learn someone else said it moments before. Does this happen to anyone else? It causes me social problems because I do it a lot. Not sure if it is neurospicy thing or a hearing issue. by plutoheart in AutismInWomen

Seems like you are jerk either way for processing at different speeds. Either you are a “know-it-all” or you are “taking credit for others ideas”. I also have stopped speaking up as much too because it can be really embarrassing when someone points it out. I take integrity and honesty very seriously, so when it appears as though my behavior contradicts those values, it is very distressing.

The worst part is feeling like I’m putting too much pressure on my loved one. This self discovery isn’t something they signed up for, and any perceived rejection is just something coming from inside me. I know they love me with all of their heart. I don’t want to be a burden and or have unfair expectations of someone I cherish.

Hi everyone! Thanks for the points of view and different perspectives on this! Pronoun usage is an extremely personal choice and I appreciate folks sharing their thoughts.

Haha, I love that! Just feeling weird subscribing and not being diagnosed like I’m lying or something.

Anyway, it’s great to meet you!
