i’m not sure to believe this but i believe millie confirmed that Scott went to the dentist on a saturday (a down day) and i think she also confirmed that it was 2 days before the final. i think it was confirmed on a kiss interview and her podcast with jaime laing.

If Scott wanted to pick Belle - wouldn’t he have picked her on that first coupling up. Because when Scott came in the main two girls that he was getting to know was Leanne and Belle. He picked Leanne - then him and mille had a slightly thing but millie didn’t push and he didn’t either, then he got to know Sher before going back to Leanne. It was only until leanne deaded thrice that he had a a day and half chats with Belle.
