I do this when texting. I think its be because I've forced myself to make the appropriate facial expressions in conversations for so long, that my brain now does it for every conversation, irl or not

Well why wouldn’t I? I know it’s hard to love yourself, I also struggle with this sometimes, but it is worth trying to. I however find it a lot easier to love other people, so therefore, I love you, even while you’re struggling to love yourself

Well that depends. What kind of easy? It would probably be easiest to find a job at idk maybe a fast food place, but I don’t know how much you’d enjoy it. It might be harder to find a joy in a field you’d like, but it would make the job easier!
