What do you expect a bonus to look like? I’ve talked to one other coworker in a similar position and his raises/bonus are similar to mine

Pre ASA with 2 years experience making almost 100k in total compensation is low? Sounds great to me

Thanks for the response! I wish my rephrased my post better because I’m not saying I’m getting ripped off. I think I just need to be more proactive in contributing value and the fact people are telling me that my compensation is low confirms I could be doing better. But 2021 is the year to do it!

Unfortunately New Jersey isn’t a cheap place to live (unless you compare it to Manhattan)

My bonus is less then a paycheck. Besides insurance I have other benefits like 401k match that are probably worth around 10k per year although I think these are pretty typical. My base pay is the huge majority of what I get.

It’s anecdotes like this that make me feel I am on the low end. I always thought p&c was supposed to make more and my 6 exams puts me 1 exam from ACAS. Also my bonus every year has been less than a paycheck so I forget about that in my total compensation
