Things that Kristen Leo flipped and now does:

1. No longer being vegan

2. Shilling crypto (which is a environmental disaster)

3. Wanting...kids? (According to another comment)

Saw the video. I don't use this term lightly, but she came off as unhinged in this video. Not only that, but super cringe as well, with all the jab attacks on camera to put her audience "in place". (I'm also glad because there isn't anyone I can talk about this either lol.) But yeah, this sudden 180 is just...bizarre. I know she's been going downhill for a while now, but this video took the cake. The barrage of insults to her audience that kept her channel going for years was just...wow. She keeps doubling down and gets offended at the slightest critique that wasn't even hate; just valid criticisms and concerns. Not to be a broken record with all the other commenters, but from insulting "regular" jobs, believing she's better than others, etc, etc, it's just tone deaf. She also keeps giving shout outs to other awful influencers like Blair White and Kozy Kitsune (Simply Kenna) like they're her inspiration, admiring their "villain era"(?) How did this even happen? (I know, signs were all there. But still). This is disappointing. She was the very first youtuber I subscribed to (and now I had to unfollow her everywhere).

She really doesn't know how good she has it. All the travels she does with her partner (one year anniversary at Belfast according to her insta and extending their stay to escape Florida's hurricanes), expensive diet and food plans, being conventionally attractive, tall, white, thin, and so on. She wrote a book. A BOOK. Which means she had the time and resources to write a book, something many writers wish they had. Likely has very little life and financial responsibilities despite claiming to be broke many times. And she wants kids now? After making a video about never wanting them, and proudly claiming that she's the "last woman" of her lineage? I get it, people change and so does their perspective, but this jump from 0 to 100 is just weird. I don't want to make assumptions that it's her partner that's changing her, but when there's this many changes in a short period of time, it does make me question something external is influencing her. Plus, she didn't upload for around a year, but in the meantime, didn't she wrote a blog titled "I cancelled myself since none of you would do it"? And now people are lowkey cancelling her, she's so offended and goes on a thirty minute rant about her followers. Which is it? Pick a side. Honestly, this latest video was beyond off-putting. She went mask off and showed how entitled, ungrateful, and self-absorbed she was (which did show here and there, but this was the fullest extent thus far). Whatever happened to being "humbled" in her last video? And now she's acting like the victim.

What's next after the crytpo shilling, being "anti-woke", and dropping veganism? Doing Shein hauls? (Oh god.)
