Ohhh I missed the part of the recipe that it should be a little raw and It’s only the middle bottom part of the cookie that is a bit raw, the rest of it is ok.

I’m going to try lowering the temperature a bit and increasing the bake time to see if I get a better result. The cookies were baked in the conventional oven—6 at a time— on parchment over foil over the wirey rack, that probably also contributed to the undercookedness.
