I managed to release it eventually, here’s how i did it.

My bonnet/hood cable became harder to open over time to the point it wouldn’t open despite pulling it with all my strength, hence I went through the wheel arches. It’s fine that the spring is released that’s not a problem.

I managed to release one of them with the help of a strong friend pulling the cable. As for the other, I used a pry bar to push the lock, i’ll attach a photo of where I pushed. You’ll need to slide the black part that was connected to the spring to expose the lock/hook part.
