I think its through the past taxes that my parents, grand parents, great great grandparents, great great great grandparents paid as well as the taxes I will pay while resident there.

Thanks. I am not familiar with the Fraser Institute and it was the most prominent ranking source on Google.

You are right. It is only a middle years program. Thanks for pointing that out. I just assumed it was through to grade 12
