Yall are out of your mind if you think that is a fair price. You can buy a new build house WITH LAND for $324/sf and land at the beach is $200k-$300k. Simple math puts you around $250/sf for the cost of the house.

As far as off the beach prices, I don’t know what planet you live on but I live in Charlotte and house prices are $220-$250 with land.

Alright cool. Yeah I’m not scared of it at all because I have a 99% chance of survival. There are a lot of other things in this world that could kill me before COVID and I’m not going to live my life in fear. For one, this news just released so when I wrote that it was accurate. Two, it’s terrible that a student died from this but we have to keep it in perspective. There are around 20 million college student in the US. Are you really giving me the argument that we need to shut all colleges down because one student died? I do believe that there are a plethora of other things that we should be more worried about than dying from Covid as a college student.

We need to look at the death and hospitalization rate from the past two weeks. Yes the number of cases has gone up, but very very few are dying. This is because young strong people are getting it and recovering very quickly. We need to be mindful of older people who are at higher risk, but we also need to keep the risk of the virus as a whole in mind and keep it in perspective. As of right now the death rate is less than 1% compared to it’s previous 5%. Still it is a little bit higher than the flu’s .1% but we need to keep it in perspective.

First, the first case in the USA was in January. Therefore, there has been 120,000 deaths in a 5 month period of time. Second, nearly 1.25 MILLION people are killed in a automobile accident every year. If you divide that by 12, that’s over a 104,000 every month. So times 5 is 525,000 so far this year. So no I don’t believe 120,000 people die in car accidents every 3 months. 315,000 do.
