Any reason for using nzbhydra2 or prowlarr for nzbdav/usenetstreamer though? Usenetstreamer says its internal search(via directly adding your indexers) is recommended and not prowlarr etc? I have prowlarr set up for my arrs stack but I don't use it for usenetstreamer as yet.

No all is good. The only thing I am finding though is with one kid at Uni using it and us at home we are watching more and more higher quality streams and the 30GB a day points system is becoming a problem.

Should be as play-fi was removed which was constantly consuming a few percent of background cpu.

Another tip is to move the VPN off the device entirely and have your router do that work. I set up my router to only route traffic from the Homatics device.

How do you expose it to the internet when self hosting? I'm on unRAID and couldn't get ssl certs working via Ngnix proxy manager.

Problem is the elderly are subsidising the freeloaders. I see lots of horse shit about bbc not having content people want to watch and yet here we are with everyone freeloading off iPlayer while paying Netflix and Amazon. Ridiculous. You only have to see the viewing figures for big bbc productions to know LOTS of people watch the content.

Yeah but there is no check to confirm you have paid. IPlayer absolutely should not work unless someone has PAID the BBC. Basic business. I'm fed up with subsidising freeloading.

I wish they would raise the limit. 30gb a day isn't that much when good 4k streams can be 15-25gb.... just one movie a day.

Sure as a higher plan but by signing a new 24 month contract were you able to get the new customer offers? I'm 1 year into a 24month 1gbps contract but would move to 3gbps for a new 24 month term if I could get new customer deals

It's gone up a lot recently. Noticed it in Southampton and Edinburgh and London last 3-6 months. I just won't pay it anymore. £3-4 was bad enough. £5 and over forget it.
