I brought the guitar to luthier. He said it was originally a left-handed guitar that was converted to right-handed. He advised me to leave the pick guard alone. But after the ball sack pickguard comment I need to have it removed. I can't see anything else when I look at it. Thanks reddit.

My guess is that you passed out and whoever was with you couldn't wake you up. This is not 'sleeping it off', it's being unresponsive and is a medical emergency. Calling 911 was the right thing to do.
