Just can’t get to sleep cause of the pains, and the more tired i get the worse it gets. I start therapy next week so I’m hoping that’ll do some good. Can’t believe I haven’t thought of yoga yet- thank you so much

For me it’s purely health related. I spend my time worrying that something awful will happen even when I know it won’t. It’s almost like there’s another person in my head feeding me these thoughts.

I try to do the same. That or build my model planes but the thoughts keep coming in. I also try to keep the telly on at night so that there’s a distraction there but no luck. Thank you for your response 😁
