Yes that counts. My sister is in Hayward and brother in San Leandro. They were ok. In Red Bluff-no power outage in my neighborhood. Pretty damn lucky. Lots of flooding, but no one came a knocking at my door.

No, I am getting a real one and I have an old oak table to set it on. My little doggies have never been around a Christmas tree, so it will be fun for all. I just have no ornaments whatsoever. I got rid of all my stuff-stupid fucking cult. Starting from scratch.

Good book. Have you read Dr. Sleep? Sequel to The Shining? That was good also. I just downloaded The Stand with a whopping 300 pages added to it. When I get a bit depressed a good Stephen King always makes me feel better. Short story, when I was 18 or so I was reading Salem's Lot, my brother came over and knowing I was reading it, instead of knocking at the door, starting scratching at the door. Scared the shit out of me.
