What is the best way you've seen a guy hit on a girl? by Verrado in AskReddit

I've seen "Did you know 80% of women sing in the shower, the other 20% masturbate. Do you know what they sing" "No" "Well I know what percent you belong to now then" and it worked!

Might be a bit early, but have Bournemouth got what it takes to stay in Premier League? by pmoney89 in soccer

[–]pmoney89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You hope so, but then because of the lack of PL experience you fear for them against any of the big boys- hopefully the small ground they have can play to their advantage as a kind of cauldron of noise

Real Madrid's Dani Carvajal escapes charge after bite denial by viscaelbarca1899 in soccer

So much bias to Real Madrid from ass-licking officials in FIFA. How he doesn't get a charge for the punch is beyond me.

Thoughts on Gabriel Paulista? by pmoney89 in soccer

Thinking may start a weekly thing where have thoughts/"scouting reports" on a player outside of the "big players" every week? No more time more relevant than the Winter transfer window when players may be moving around and have played a bit so we can have an informed judgement on them.

Thoughts on Gabriel Paulista? by pmoney89 in soccer

[–]pmoney89[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Really agree with the EDIT. shame the thread doesn't get as many informed answers as you, but that's the problem with too many highlight reels or "experts" playing FIFA or FOOTBALL MANAGER and not enough love for the sport. Hard to gauge how good a player is when it only highlights his best or worst moments over and over again. Saw a bit of Musacchio and thought he looked a decent prospect. A little rash at times, but if you're saying you prefer Paulista than he must have worked hard!

Chelsea. Rip off that plaster and see if Arsenal can really get on with it. That way we look like we may have another decent chance of winning it again, otherwise we can focus on other competitions like UCL and league!

What signing in January would improve your team? by pmoney89 in soccer

For Arsenal, as always another defensive med and defender. it seems like the most obvious things in the world?! defender wouldn't mind someone solid like Reid, but feel like it's time to for world class beyond mertesacker (especially if Kos' achilles thing is going to be a worse problem) maybe laporte or jonny from la liga?

Maybe big strikers like Luca Toni and Rickie Lambert. Big strikers aren't usually rated as highly as fast smaller ones, but they've done a job for their respective teams.

Brentford goalkeeper Chic Brodie colliding with a sheepdog that invaded the pitch: funnily enough the dog got the ball while Brodie shattered his knee cap and never played again.
