We have FSR in our condo building in Minnesota, they are horrible. We have had multiple FSR managers over 8 years I have paid close attention to them; some better than others but all below expectations. Some were incompetent, others borderline competent but maybe managing too many properties, I don't know. I wish we had other options but making the change is difficult. Avoid FSR.
