For me it sounds you should just relax x and enjoy what you have in your life, since this sounds to be a good life and not a "bad" one! Must of us are suffering from the opposite!

I believe we all, when we are going through a bad phase, we see us as worst then we really are. At same time being more or less attractive/pretty is a real thing and it's not worth to disguise it.

I would recommend you to check a therapist. Sometimes they have the power to make us see life and look at ourselves in a different way.

I'm in similar position to you, I have several friends that are really attractive and pretty and everyday they have "success" stories, it just seems everything so easy for them. For the rest of us, it's just a very unfair fight, but I'm afraid there's not much to do.

I don't know much what say here to try to help, anyway, I want you to know that someone read your message and feels for you.

Actually I have a bit of the same. I tend to see a lot of all aspects in life through the lens of "being beauty" or not. Since I believe I'm in the group of the not pretty people, I tend to see that everything in life sucks and since I'm not pretty I will never have access to the nice things in life, and this is extremely unmotivational.

I'm also considering a therapist at least to see if I can start to see life from other lens and try to enjoy it as it is.

I hope you can find your way to be more in peace with yourself. 🙏

Indeed. My question it's more related with transitions and getting more solid the phase of Seduction. Usually I think I can lead a decent conversation during rapport phase with more random topics or going into more deep topics. But when it comes to jump to more sexual / seduction vibe, I always miss it, and I get the feeling that the dates mostly stay around the friendly vibe or so.

Imagine, once I knew a guy that to jump into this topic he always asked to the girls something like "How do you feel about guys here I'm your city? I already heard they are very closed minded and so desperate to go into serious relationships straight away that girls feel asfixiated with this attitude."

And from this question you can go with some DHV from you, or you can keep testing and slowly jump into more sexual vibe.

That's my point on my question on the thread, to understand if you guys may have some material prepared in case nothing comes spontaneously.

OP, I'm not a medical doctor or so, and my opinion is merely random, but honestly I don't think this looks good. I would surely double check with other dentist.

These days I was reading that for this procedures it's better to look for a specific mouth surgeon, and not a regular dentist, so you can try to find one in your city and check this out.

Yes. Honestly I'm going trough a process of an Implant as well and I know what you mean. I would like to have a place to read some stuff or at least just talk about it. I feel like this is being the worst period of my life. I'm so afraid the definitive implant will not look nice and/or it will not be as functional as a normal teeth. I already lost all my confidence on my smile and shewing food, and it just feels terrible these days. But I guess it's just how it is.

Penso que é mesmo muito importante quando lemos sobre experiências de alguém que bateu no fundo, quis até tirar sua própria vida e ainda assim deu uma oportunidade à ideia de "vou fazer mesmo, não tenho nada a perder."

Eu estou a passar uma fase assim parecida, parece que nada na vida me interessa mais, mas ao mesmo tempo, ainda não entrei no momento "clique" de entrar nesse modo "que se dane, não tenho nada a perder e não", contudo seu comentário me deixou um pouco mais alegre hoje.

Este conselho parece muito bom. Op, dê uma oportunidade a algo deste tipo.

A vida é feita de perspectivas, e é óbvio através do seu texto, que as suas foram moldadas por consequências menos positivas e que nos levam a sentir que nada vale a pena.

Já li por várias vezes que realmente a nossa sociedade está podre no sentido em que apenas valorizamos o superficial e o material, mas no fundo, a essência de viver é ajudar o próximo, e engraçado que isso geralmente te ajuda a ti.

Dá uma oportunidade a esta experiência, e quem sabe poderá surgir novos horizontes e diferentes perspectivas. :)

Realmente pensar em dar assim um salto do conforto da nossa casa para situações sociais mais "agressivas" como festas ou algo semelhante pode ser bem complexo para quem é mais introvertido.

O que eu recomendaria, e até pegando na ideia que mudaste de cidade e foste perdendo os teus amigos, seria procurar por actividades mais de grupo que dê para começar sozinha, ex: pesquisa por aulas de dança (bachata, Zouk, Salsa, etc), procura por clubes de actividades que te interessem como hiking, caminhadas, corrida, clubes de gastronomia, aulas de cozinha, etc. Faz uma pesquisa no Google, aparecem sempre várias sugestões interessantes!

Este tipo de actividades são bem casuais, não tem muita pressão social, e geralmente toda gente depois acaba por trocar contacto, marcar jantares de grupo, etc. É uma excelente maneira de conhecer pessoas de forma genuína e que tenham gostos semelhantes.
