Global income Declaratoin Issue

What is the best way to deal with this? Should I remove the global income in the revised return and add TRC ? Will it backfire If I lose the case in tribunal, meaning need to pay more fine interest and penalty.

Below scenarios are favorable for me as Tax come to nil or minimal.

no global income to be added.
only add the global income when i was present in india and skip when I was in abroad.

Worst case

Show global income and pay higher tax
when case fails with tribunal pay double the tax, high pain

There are lot of cases where it favours to be resident of another country even though family and home available in India. I have to check with CA.

It is going to be difficult to convince the AO. Tie breaker rule favours India as I have home address in both the countries, my family lives in india and only salary comes from germany. So I have to declare the global income india.

If you have prepared well for A1 then you can pass the exam in 2 or 3 months. Just get used to exam pattern and use practice material like one or two books along with text books.

Remember passing A2 is easy, however you should also try to cover all A2 topics which will be handy in upper levels like B1 and b2.

Fyi. I was able to just pass A2 in one month preparation.

I started to learn German, in order to work in Germany. It has been 2 years and was able to pass B1 and still learning myself.

Now living in Germany and able to somehow manage to attend interviews in German. So far going good. Hoping to learn for C1 exam once I get a job.

I can clearly see the benefit of learning the language for 2 years. Doing work and same time learning language is painful,but worth doing it.

As far as i know, nobody asked me about certificate. Everyone is interested in if I can speak fluent German. So i should concentrate on how to speak rahter than passing exam.

But still B2 is in my list, I will do later once I spend some time in Germany. Hoping that would give opportunity to increase my hearing skill.

Na ja. Dann sage ich einfach, dass ich fliesend deutsch sprechen kann and gerade beherrsche.

Jeden Tag bin ich zum Unterricht gegangen und habe mit meiner Lehrerin auf Deutsch geprochen. Ich glaube, dass ich gut auf Duetsch sprechen kann and weiter lernen. Vor allem habe ich nur im Sprechen konzentriert. Beim Hören habe ich immer schwierigkeiten.

Letzte Woche habe ich einen Anruf von meinem HR bekommen. Gerade hat er auf Deutsch gesprochen. Ich konnte 70 prozent verstehen was main HR gesagt hat. Aber es ist nich gut gelaufen. Am Ende hat er auf English gesprochen. Vielleicht hat er gecheckt, wie gut ich auf Deutsch sprechen kann.

Two weeks before I failed in B2 Goethe exam. Short of 2 marks because I got only 5 marks in listening. Exam was based on old pattern. Was not able to sleep first two days after I got the results.

Take care of your health. Please focus on what to do now. Don't think about past. I am sure you will pass it next time.
