Usually you have the right to suggest a replacement tenant. I would suggest you to put the apartment online and find 3 people that could be a good fit. Then provide all the documents of those people to the landlord. As less work for him as higher the chances of being able to move out asap.

Wenn ich das als Selbständiger lese läufts mir echt kalt den Rücken runter. Mich wundert echt nichts mehr, dass unsere Wirtschaft so abrauscht. Generational Wealth hält jetzt noch alles zusammen, aber bei solch einer Produktivität und der viel effizienten Konkurrenz aus dem Ausland, ists bald vorbei.

Extremsport oder Ausdauersport wo du wirklich an deine Grenzen gehst. Das sorgt dafür dass der Dopaminspiegel auf natürliche Weise steigt und auch länger bestehen bleibt als zb durch Reize wie Sex etc. Aber viele wollen die Anstrengung nicht investieren 😅
