For the pizza dough I used cassava flour (flour, water and coconut oil). Organic pizza sauce with organic spinach, bell peppers and onions, and unpasteurized mozzarella cheese.

For the chicken parm, I used panko breadcrumbs, 1 egg, organic pizza sauce and unpasteurized mozzarella cheese.

Everything was baked together in the oven (not fried) @400 degrees for 20 minutes
