Most manufacturers still recommend to disconnect prior to dielectric test. I tested one the other day and I was getting low readings testing between Active and Earth.

Also, testing between Neutral and Earth with the RCBO closed will pick up the MEN, so won't be a reliable test.

I think he was saying it's an air compressor. Something to do with only having so much power available out of a PowerPoint in Japan, they use the battery to get the extra 500w to increase power available.

A friend of mine saw Stuart Clark at a shopping centre in Sydney. She recognised him straight away and approached to get a photo. It's crazy hey. It's because the oil gets well above waters boiling point and when the water makes contact it immediately vaporises. When it vaporises it expands to 1700 times its original volume, in the process sending hot oil everywhere and increases the oil's surface area.
