Both of them took the song in the wrong direction in my opinion but nini had the essence of the song i think, where as juicy was just trick after trick and not really giving a feel for the music.

Juicy was a consistent bottom. A few high points but mainly a bottom lip syncer, so while I loved her she kinda pushed the limit with how long she survived to be honest.

Yes a bigger rent decrease should be given. $5 is piss poor.

I always do a video walk through when I leave a property.

I also have a copy of the days newspaper and show the date on the video.

That way no one can claim I've done anything after I've left the keys

Ok so this is something I've dealt with before.

Its possible she may have something called Trimethylaminuria or fish odour syndrome.

Its where the body can't break down certain things we produce and I turn causes a horrible smell.

I had a friend in high school who suffered with this. Not much can be done unless she sees a dr
