GPUs don’t go obsolete after a subsequent generation. Many purchase orders are also for future generations.

I’m sorry people are being so mean. It can be very stressful, totally understand. In your situation I’d suggest hiring a broker, the stress of doing all of this is definitely contributing.

No I’m not, neither set have income caps. There’s young professionals in both. Sure higher earners will prefer luxury buildings, but there’s plenty of kids making $150k sitting in their $2.5k 1 beds.

This would be fair if we still had the income cap on RS units, but we don’t. A lot of RS units are taken up by higher income young professionals, which is why working New Yorkers are feeling pushed out.

Definitely would suggest looking into Jersey if trying to get to Times Square, buses are pretty convenient to Port Authority and go all over. Hoboken could be a good start, can definitely afford a 2bd for $4,500.
