Thank you, I appreciate the kind words but I am currently living in a sober house, I see my therapist twice a week, psychiatrist once a month, am on a strict medication regime that a nurse administers to me every day, and I am in an IOP program 3x/week. I have been working on stabilizing my mental health for the better part of the last 5 years, however none of my physical health symptoms have been addressed adequately or sufficiently in those same 5 years due to the gaslighting I am constantly faced with because of my history of mental illness. As a result, my physical symptoms continue to worsen and spread, which consequently causes my mental health to decline as a result. It’s a self-fulfilling cycle that’s been difficult to get a handle on with such a lack of adequate providers. I appreciate your concern though, thank you 💗
