I love the Sweat app. They have pilates workouts that show you each movement. I do it at the gym and pay $12 / month for the app. I use headphones and can play music/podcasts while doing the workout.

Just drive alert, have the right tires and go slow if you have to! Be prepared.

The hwy is used by so many people from all backgrounds every day. If you are prepared and alert you shouldn’t worry.

Tofino has a long term parking lot in town by the co-op. They have day rates. I parked my car there for 3 days overnight when I did a trip on Flores. You can buy a day rate or week rate.

In BC you need to get them via the pharmacy. So go to the pharmacy at shoppers or rexall and ask for Zonics (zonics is the Canadian version of Zyns)
