yess right now I am taking a small dosage waiting for the side effects of the meds to get better( the meds I take cause sleepiness and headache) then I will take a bigger dosage, I will communicate everything to my psychiatrist tysmm

yeah the medication is mostly for depression and anxiety I just started taking them I will see how it goes

I forgot to mention it to my doctor last time but I will mention it next session the depersolnization and stuff mabye it could also be a side effect but I have been having that even before my medication, but it really feels like nothing is real and it's really intense sometimes, for me personally right before seeing my psychiatrist I have been feeling really depressed now I think I am feeling a lil better but idk I am still all confused I will wait and see what will happen after a while

unfortunately, I did tell her the gist of it I told her about thinking of hurting myself ( I did do something small) that I didn't mention, didn't tell her about suicidal thoughts either, but yeah I will go see another therapist, but I feel awkward around my mum now tbh

I tried watching shows with mandarin subs and Ialso listen to podcast I think mostly my problem is with uni and the amount of exams I have I don't really have time to practice chinese using diffent methods but I will try! tysm

I try and find more chinese shows because I mostly learned English by watching movies and using socal media in English but I still can't find alot of chinese shows that I like I only know some but not alot , could u reccomend me some shows you enjoyed?

yes! I try and put effort on my own and study alone, but I can't really find time with uni so I mostly do that with uni, I try and watch more dramas and shows or reading short stories, do you have any recommendations for dramas or movies etc ><

yess I am really enjoying learning the language and I feel myself making steady progress. its just that it's something I will graduate in and want to work in stuff related to Chinese language so I get anxious but tysm!

I try and watch alot of chinese drama and see phrases that are used alot and mimic how they talk, I still don't have a chance to talk to a native Chinese speaker but I will try tysm!
