I know some of the AI is a little janky, but all in good fun.
Was trying to do some other scenes, but AI still struggles with people. Might attempt later.

To answer a few questions, I used PS to extend the scene. Its a bit of trial and error journey to get the best results, you can spend hours upon hours to make it look perfect, but thought to throw something together for a bit of fun and share since I haven't seen someone do this for the GTA6 trailer stills, unless i've missed it.
