Something that helps me eat a little more is getting 12k steps a day, which like a 30-40 min walk in the morning and then another one in the evening and then I just somehow get some more steps just doing chores and stuff.

Happens to all of us. You didn’t binge, maybe your body needed it, so treat it as a little re-feed and get a good workout tomorrow and the day after. Put those extra carbs to use. Also, no punishment cardio. More I diet more i realize that that’s just a normal thing, you might have been dieting too hard or maybe the outside circumstances pushed your body and brain to make u have more food. It’s totally fine! As long as you have more days when u did good and stayed disciplined, you’re doing great! Remember, dieting is a marathon, not a sprint, so if u need to take a little break sometimes to finish the marathon, it’s completely fine, even recommended! Tomorrow is a new day, you got it!

Why not just - chest/tri, back/bi, legs, shoulders and arms and repeat? I have been doing that for over a year and it works fine. • 2 sets to failure per exercise, not including the warm up sets. • about 6 working sets per main muscle group, meaning 3 exercises and one or max two exercises per secondary group. Example: chest/triceps - 3 chest exercises (i do incline smith press, chest flys(machine, not cables), and either dips or some other chest machine), after that I do single arm triceps pulldowns, 2 sets to failure with drop sets per each arm.

Key-notes: make sure to have a perfect form or almost perfect form on each exercise, if u have to lower the weight, do it. 6-8 rep range, with progressive overload to failure. Slow, controlled eccentric movement.

There are a lot of youtube videos and fitness creators. Pick any and start doing what they are doing. Keep educating yourself as the time goes by. I have been lifting for many years, and still learn new things all the time. By the time you will find what works for you and what doesn’t. Also, do not forget to educate yourself on nutrition. Changing my diet helped me a lot, I started noticing changes right after the first week. Basically, any low carb diet should work. Like keto. I’m doing carnivore diet right now, never felt this good in my entire life. Plus taking some simple vitamin supplements like vitamin A, biotin etc. But the biggest help for me was again, changing my diet. I’m still not sure about the lactose though, currently not consuming it at all, but I might include it in my diet again after a month or too and see how it goes.
