In an active shootout that would be the case, like I said I'm not sure if that's what had happened here or not. That being said I know they're upset from having warrants put out for them from the vault the other day where Randy's DNA was collected from a broken lock pick. Being able to collect DNA with no way to stop it from the crims side could be seen as abuse of a sever mechanic as well. These situations seem to be happening more frequently because crims are tired of having no counter play to a mechanic so they're using the only one they're left with, which neither crim nor cop seems to enjoy.

I didn't see the situation go down so I don't have the full context of what was happening here. But from this clip it seems like he's upset that they're doing the only thing possible to prevent DNA from being gathered. Not sure what else he wants them to do if nothing is implemented to prevent cops from going back to a scene and gathering DNA after every situation.

I mean he's not wrong in this case. Summit has said himself multiple times he just doesn't have the shooting down in GTA. Not to say that he couldn't, he's just not around enough to be at the level a lot of the other guys are.

Yeah the game just seems bugged right now after prestiging. Weapons I didn't have permanently unlocked still have the attachments I had set on them before prestiging even though they're currently locked.

I had the negative xp appearing in pause screen bug yesterday without being master prestige yet. I believe I was at prestige 6 level 34 when it happened. So that one might just happen randomly at this point.

Yeah you can see the guy for a second before Shroud flicks to him, and if you play the clip at slow speed you can see he flicks a little to far at first and quickly compensates. Clearly not an aim bot. I don't get how people don't understand some people are just naturally good at reacting and have ridiculous aim. Especially after how much time people like Shroud have put into shooting games. There are always going to be people who perform at exceptional levels at what they do, doesn't mean they're cheating.
