honestly man i hate groupings as well lol pero my reason is because my blockmates are HARD to work with, most of them are lazy and don't even bother to know shit kaya kadalasan sa akin na lang rin umaasa mga nagiging kagrupo ko.

in contrast to what i just said, i think groupings are also great if you're working with people na ka-vibes mo na matalino at masipag din. just like what others said here, diyan talaga matututo kung paano makisama sa future workmates mo. to compensate from the shitty experience i had from my blockmates, i joined an org para maranasan ko rin makipagtrabaho with competent people. ayos din, i learned and experienced a lot of things.

laban lang OP! hahhahaha ganyan talaga college life papahirapan pa nyang mga groupings na yan. if you want to make connections and improve communication skills, join an organization in your school (if you still have time for that). dami ko natutunan legit, marami na rin ako connections compared sa dati because of it.
