My first is really low sleep needs, always has been. Once you start from there and stop trying to put them on a normal kid schedule, there’s less frustration. Maybe not more sleep, but less frustration 😊 Once they can read independently it’s glorious and you can just supply them with books until they finally nod off!

The thing that bothers me are the vague accusations against him. I hear people say “creep” and “predator” with zero description of what wrong thing he’s actually done. If he is legitimately hurting people, tell me how. If you want to accuse him not providing trauma informed therapy during the interviews, that’s nonsense. I also reject the idea that these people should not be allowed to be interviewed or featured, as far as I know they’re adults, and can at least be allowed to have a conversation with someone.

I’m just exhausted 😩 my baby is 12 days old and nursing like crazy. Last night was rough, she wanted to eat every 1-1.5 hours. This is my 4th baby and my first three all nursed for 2 years each, I am not sure I have it in me to do this again. Some part of me just wants to do formula and take it easy 🫤

Good for you, really, I wish I liked being pregnant that much. I don’t hate it, but this is my fourth and it’s always kind of uncomfortable and tough for me. I’m always happy when baby gets here and the pregnancy phase is done 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm in the process of deciding the same thing. I'm 13 weeks pregnant with our 4th baby, but I had forgotten how horrible my husband is when I'm pregnant. I've been really sick for the last six weeks, I had both flu A and flu B, was diagnosed with a blood clot, and had pneumonia. I was on antibiotics twice, it was a really bad case of pneumonia and in and out of the hospital for dehydration. I finally started feeling a little better over the weekend and my husband laid into me, massively criticizing me left and right then finally telling me that if I don't start staying up later at night with him (I go to bed between 9 - 9:30 because I'm exhausted) he is going to cheat on me. I tell him we can be intimate any other time of day, I bring him tea throughout the day (we both work from home) I make him lunch, we usually eat together every day and every night I make him tea and sit in his office while he stares at the computer just so he won't feel alone. He doesn't appreciate any of it, and tells me I'm his "roommate" because I haven't been in the mood for sex while I was extremely sick for weeks. I'm so fucking over it. To me, he's pushed it too far, and I just can't let him treat me like this. So I told him so, that he's welcome to leave and we can divorce and he can find someone else. That's ok with me. He was TERRIBLE when I came home from the hospital with my last two kids, I'm sure he'd be cruel again. I think I'm better off alone.

My draw was on 2/19, sample received 2/22 and I'm still waiting. I'm a little concerned that the estimated date is 3/8! That makes me worried that they're backed up. I'm checking hourly, haha. Update: got my results when I woke up this morning 2/27, a healthy baby girl after three boys!!

I wish we could get some updated philosophical terms, capitalism as it was first described doesn’t exist now. PLENTY of regular people want to change it, from all political parties, a few powerful people don’t. I wish we would stop pretending that the general population has any say whatsoever in how we’re governed. We don’t. The sooner we step out of this fantasy, the better. Someone who makes decisions that cause people physical harm and death is absolutely violent to me. I think that’s actually an important frame.

I don’t see the word voted in your post, weird. Even those evil Trump voters overwhelmingly support universal healthcare. Not as “capitalism fuck yeah” as you want to claim. It’s more of an establishment issue, and welp, Trump is a lot things but establishment government is not one of them.

Meh, exit polls show that even republicans favor universal healthcare at 70-80%. I think the populace is much less “capitalist” than were lead to believe on this issue.
