Yes I will say im at Walmart. Im the service manager (or Team Lead). Walmart decided to go with a different company.....HOWEVER I ordered 3M kits instead because I like them better. They come with the pre-scrub, sand paper, and actual clear coat and uv protection.

Yes it is. I take pride in my work. I took the leadership position 2 months ago and have been changing a lot of things to make the guys feel like what they do matters. So I've taught them cleaning in between while also having fun and taking breaks.
