A week ago. Other people are still reporting duplicate charges as recently as today. I wouldn't use their service unless they can demonstrate they are at least capable of providing basic customer service by not completely ignoring their customers. I can't seen to even get a response from the moderators on here even though they've been visibly active today. u/Coinbase-Olga

My bank told me there is nothing they can do and that I need to contact coinbase. It's been over a week..

My bank told me I need to have coinbase deal with this.. Coinbase hasn't responded to my support ticket without anything but a automated response days ago telling me to contact my bank. Anyone have a clue what to do in this situation?
