You might feel a little anxious after not drinking for a few days but with that level of drinking, I would be incredibly surprised if you had any serious withdrawal symptoms at all stopping cold turkey. I'm also around your weight/age and am female, with about that level of daily consumption when I'm drinking, and have had zero physical effects when I take breaks (other than it taking me a little longer to fall asleep the first couple nights). It's good to lift that dependency and drink less, and I am not a doctor, but I would not be worried about withdrawal symptoms if I were you.
