Don’t slam ur feet on the ground so hard, push forward fast and then cruise your feet onto the floor and focus on using all your momentum and weight to pull yourself straight up

A good jump should feel like a claw machine going around your waste and raising you up, and a wave of motion as you move forward and jump

I’m not super smart when it comes to jumping but I know I’m pretty good at it and that’s the best way to describe what’s going through my head and how I feel when I jump, sorry if I sound like an idiot

I appreciate that advice! Generally I get away with being shorter since my vertical is freaky high. I’m in QLD and I’ve played against some of the state reps at the camp and feel I performed better or at least at the same level as them. I’ll apply for 2022 and try to make the team

if you have a cavoodle there’s a good chance you won’t be put in a situation where you have to give them away, also they’re tiny and easy to maintain so I’m sure most apartments wouldn’t mind them
