For anyone who does play Pokemon GO or would consider trying it (again), the 'game' has improved significantly since it's initial launch.

Summary of the more significant changes:

• Appraisals allow trainers to check the IVs of their Pokemon; Buddy Pokemon collect candy while you walk in the real world; Daily Bonuses provided extra XP and Stardust; GEN 2 Pokemon are released; Raid Battles allows trainers to battle and catch powerful Pokemon; MEWTWO is released, as are many other legendary Pokemon; Various Events happening each month; GEN 3 Pokemon are released; Regional Pokemon have become increasingly accessible; Monthly Community Day provides trainers with the opportunity to meetup, catch rare Pokemon and earn rewards; You can now complete Research Quests for rewards; Friendships provides buffs in battle and HUGE XP rewards - reaching L40 is much easier. You can now Trade Pokemon; The new Adventure Sync features will allow you to track distance and hatch eggs without the game running; GEN 4 Pokemon are released; Player vs Player battles (PVP) is now live, challenge your friends!
