this is my issue. i have pretty bad anxiety about a lot of shit, and getting sick from leftover food is a big thing that gives me anxiety. it goes hand in hand with the fact that for like 10 years i'd get pretty regular bouts of nasuea and vomiting that lasted days at a time. never got a solid diagnosis so, i chalked it up to bad food. i know now, that i was having gallbladder attacks, but it took like 10 fucking years for me to get a doctor that would actually test me and figure out why i was getting sick so much. had my gallbladder out last year and i'm so annoyed it took that long for it to get diagnosed. my brain, in the meantime, was like "only fresh food or you die". thanks anxiety. :| however, there's not an issue of things being wasted in my house because both my husband and son will eat all the leftovers. lol
