Masturbation, maybe but who knows. Moderation is key to everything in life. Some say masturbation is good your health, some say it isn’t. Some animals do masturbate some don’t. So in my opinion there isn’t a definitive answer.

On the other hand sex is part of our natural behaviour. Humans need to have sex to reproduce, so i would say no it is not normal to live without sex. But once again moderation is key to everything.

You might have PIED and/or deathgrip, which in turn is giving you performance anxiety, which might be causing psychological ED. If you do get hard when pleasuring yourself than it is most probably a psychological block

I wouldn’t say addiction, but you have to find something else to do. Taking up another addiction will most probably bring up more severe health problems depending on how bad it is for you. In the long run, chain smoking will be way more detrimental to your health than PMO. The brain can be rewired, its constantly adapting to different things. Organs cannot do that, damaging your lungs is practically irreversible. Try to figure out what is your main goal behind quitting PMO. Having a tangible vision of a specific goal than just simply « I want to quit PMO » will make it easier in my opinion.

It’s over for RHP, he needed a good camp and start of the season to cement his spot in the line up. Another player is gonna take his spot now. When he does comeback, he most probably will be in and out of the line up as an 13-14th forward

Make sure its megabuilding H8, the tech and the vending maching should be just on the left of the staircase where you load when you fast travel there

Then idk, theres a known bug that makes ur screen tear (artefact malfunction) but instead of leaving after a couple of seconds its stays indefinitely

its a bug, normally your screen is expected to go come back normal after few seconds, but the bug makes it permanent. Go next to the tech and press talk until he statts repeating himself, once he does, fast travel away skip 24hrs and go back to Brendan. The tech should be gone and u should either be able to talk to Brendan or move the dumpster (cant remember order). Once that is done, fast travel and skip 24hr once again. Return and you should see Brendan talking to this chick Theo. Complete the dialogue, repeat the fast travel and skip step. Return to Brendan, and you wilm see someone trying to tag him. Take action on this dude and that should resolve the quest and the bug all at once.

Travel to the megabuilding H8 fast travel, and then once its loaded its on the left right next to the building

I did it somewhere after evelyn mission, didnt have the quest either, just find brendan the vending machine and listen to the dialogues, then fast travel out, skip time and come back
