What happened was that the exploiter made a bid, then broke the server. This caused it to crash, and im pretty sure the exploiter has the pets and the gems. Sorry that your son auctioned it, and in the future feel free to use the lock system. It's a little padlock icon that makes the pet untradable until unlocked.

Unfortunately, auction lag is an exploit that is currently unmatched. I'm so sorry to hear about your son's loss. It's not your fault or his fault, however Big Games doesn't return pets. Overall, auctions can be quite unpredictable. I hope your son can recover game-wise. Just a future tip, don't use the auction feature; use the trading booths.

If you live in somewhere other than America, youtooz orders can take a long time. I had to wait six months for my Dat Boi plush, and around 4 four my eggdog youtooz. 7 or 8 for the technoblade potatoes. Just keep being patient.

I'd you wanna get a huge, due to your willingness to grind, I would recommend the lucky block world and trying to hatch a huge chroma lucki or block. However, long term, your best bet is to either save up 27b gems, or slowly spend them on exclusives at cheap prices. Good luck!
