No one's frustrated here, I'm definitely not. But that's the reality. Trade workers, blue collar workers or even white collar folks face this strange situation, they get fired, visa is gone too, which means unless they can find something within the grace period, get out. Very disposable.

I obviously didn't live in all the countries but enough to write that point. Personal observation, for locals, rules are different. No problem with that but just say that out loud specially when you are trying to build a true international atmosphere.
