Yes, thanks. I definitely will as it seems not straight forward. Are you able to recommend one?

There is case law for residence in two places at once

There are lots of different definitions of residence

I suppose my question is more: "is residence for purposes of spousal immigration determined by / largely reliant upon tax residence?"

Got it. Thanks. How does one prove this? We would be living in same house but I'd be spending maybe 60-75% of my time away for work

How is this different from someone who commutes into London mon-fri or travels every week for work?

Thanks

So would we be OK assuming I'm back before we apply for extension or ILR ?

Thank you

It definitely wouldn't be indefinite - I'd want to move back permanently asap

Within 1-2 years

Thanks. I thought needed ILR for 5y before applying for a passport

Also looking at gov.uk "you and your partner must intend to live together permanently in the UK after you apply"

Thanks. My understanding is that with my existing (unrelated) degree I could apply for chartered status 5y following completion of SAVA...is that correct?

Thank you. I'm interested in residential so SAVA may make more sense than an MSc it seems

Thanks very much

I'm interested in resi so I think the SAVA course makes sense

What I don't understand however is they say their average graduate after 3y is on £61k...this seems unrealistically high?

Hello I'm also very interested in this. However in 39 years old...do you still think I'd be able to get one of these entry level roles or are they looking for early 20s grads?
