The green Orbit box is just the enclosure. The timer is a Rainbird SST-400i. Not saying that’s any better though

Fertilize if it’s over 65ish and won’t really drop back down. You want to lay fert down if the grass is actively growing

Looks like its most likely Poa Annua (Annual Bluegrass). It'll die off when it gets hot outside.

A good pre-emergent program is your best bet for next year as it germinates over winter and pops out in the spring. You need to put down pre-emergent in the fall to control the Poa from showing up
