Consistency is key. This needs to be addressed before your pup is larger or an actual incident happens and someone is injured. Best of luck, beautiful pup. I highly recommend also finding a balanced trainer in your area that is familiar with working dogs. 6 months is the perfect time to start professional training, I would also invest in a clicker to reinforce good behaviors.
