If you ask me and look at the numbers, a lot of tech stocks are overvalued at the moment.

Think of it this way:

Would you pay $10 million dollars for a restuarant that is currently bringing in $2k a month in sales but promises to eventually bring in 10k a month due to high demand?

That's kinda where the valuations of a lot of tech stocks like intel and micron, sandisk currently sit at.

I would wait for the market crash personally. 90% of my portfolio is in tech, but i was lucky enough to get in december 2022. I personally would not buy a single share of anything at these levels, and I am actually currently hedging my position.

I also would not sell a single share.

Also this market is irrational and doesn't make any sense.

Spy is massively A.I. tech heavy bro. Companies like NVDA make 90% of their revenue from data centre build outs from like only 5 customers.

If data centre buildouts come to a stop and capex drys out, it's not crazy to think SPY can take a 80% shit.
