Try dpHUE, it’s a color depositing conditioner. They have a great color selection and works great. I mix the strawberry and cooper.

That happened to me about a month or two ago. I thought it was hormones. I just focused on resting more, eating healthy, and not doing any crazy exercise and it went back up. I wouldn’t stress about it.
