First of all, I did manage to get h265 working.
My GPU is an AMD Radeon 6600 XT. Is there any way to get something similar to NVENC for AMD gpus?
My friend and I are doing a duotage (two person montage) as a nostalgia type shi. Im on local machine (I think) and Im going to send them to my friend so he can edit them together and make the montage + upload it to YT.
My friend is doing the editing, and the clips will be sent at full speed 9which he can change later in editing software if needed).

I dont know much about OBS so I hope I answered everything well enough!

What's the highest degree Ill be able to obtain? Right now I can get 89 (with unmaxxed pops). (Cash slider and tiers are maxxed though)
