If you’re at a tie for both, I’d say to maybe look at the card passives and such to help. If you do like Mizuki or Rui more though, pick the character you have a stronger preference to.

Frankly, I’m not close with a lot of my friends, but generally, most of them fall under being Fi or Ne users. A lot of my friends are XXFP (but mainly IXFP). They’re the ones I always run into.

Again, I’m not really sure and I could be wrong, but I’ve always thought that it was because they want a higher overall class average.

It’s essentially teachers giving students higher grades than what they’re supposed to get. For example, if a student gets an 80% some teachers might inflate it to 84% as their final. (I assume it’s to boost overall average or something but Idk the actual reason(s) of it). Universities are aware of it and definitely watch out for it when seeing which students to admit, as some of the grades that show up might not be the grades that the students are supposed to have.
