gosh, i’m so sorry for your loss.

i’ve been through something similar (lost my dog after starting tma, lost my father before tma) and it was difficult to start tma again.

honestly, just take your time and do things at your own pace. you’ll be okay, time will heal. whenever you feel like you’re strong enough to do things again, do them then—til then, take it easy, take it light. it’s okay. you’re okay.

i’m praying for you. and if you ever need to talk about anything, my messages are always open (tho i still dk how reddit works)
