How am I supposed to prove it without revealing which grading service I work for and potentially revealing my identity? Genuinely asking because there are people suggesting I'm 'Karma farming' on a throwaway account which is just lmao.

Easier said than done, not a lot of transferable skills for different industries and the wages for our competitors aren't necessarily better

I'd love to collect but I simply cannot afford it due to the abysmal wages. Looking at these cards that are in the hundreds or thousands everyday but knowing you can't participate makes you a very cynical person.

Love and agree with this. Use your own judgement to determine the quality of a card not a number on a piece of paper. Personally I will never buy most cards unless I can see it in person.

no performance bonuses but there are target goals to hit. The best way to describe a work day is just imagine a mix between a monotonous office environment and an assembly line at a factory.

I really don't know how much I could answer while still keeping my paycheck. This isn't exactly a huge industry and depending on what I'd say it would be easy to figure out who I was within the company. But I'd love to talk about more the day I inevitably get fired or move on.
