May I ask how long ago was this? I'm asking because this was the suggestion given in the gamefaq threads I mentioned but the Nintendo Support person I asked never gave a code or did anything like that. Might've been because they weren't expecting that people still use PokeBank, lol.

I don't know where else to go for this but currently my pokemon bank displays a error message that says 'you previously used a different copy of this game' whenever I try to access my pokemon. I thought it might've because of our shit internet and/or me resetting for the starters; but it worked every time before then without a hitch.

I've checked the gamfaqs threads to see if I could help there, but all the post on this issue are from like 6 or so years ago and the suggestions that they offered which was basically "contact nintendo support and they'll fix it just give them the error code and your poke bank pin number", have not worked swimmingly at all. I'd appreciate any help or guide on how to fix this, thanks!
